1. Who we are

EU Pallet is a referral service. We take quote requests for buying, selling, repairing and recycling pallets and pass them to partner suppliers in our network, who prepare quotes and supply the service.

2. What the quote form collects

• Your first name and, if you give it, last name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your postal code
• The pallet type, service and quantity you choose, and any message you write

3. How your request is used

Your request is sent to the 1DB lead platform, which we use to manage quote requests, and from there to partner suppliers who can prepare a quote for you. Partner suppliers may contact you by email or phone about your request. We do not sell your information.

4. How long we keep it

We keep request details for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and to meet legal obligations. Partner suppliers that receive your request keep it under their own policies.

5. Analytics and Cookies

This site uses cookieless PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use or ask for a copy.
